  • Provide all drivers with a customized Accident Reporting Kit and contact cards along with meetings to explain the need for correct accident reporting procedures

Recommended Reporting Procedures
  • Contact Authorities as soon as possible after a loss, EX: police/fire, MOT, MOE
  • Immediately report all claims to Dalton Timmis Group/Insurer and fill out the proper report forms
  • Report any possible injuries
  • Gather witness information if any (Name, Phone Number)
  • Make no statements following the accident
  • Maintain confidentiality- speak to Dalton Timmis Group and your insurer only about particulars of any accident.
