management department.

- Reduce your overall claims costs and frequency issues
- Assistance in managing all losses whether reported to your insurer or not (self-insured losses)
- Preparation
of formal accident register for your use and co-ordinate its application with our system
- Bulletins concerning changes in litigation trends and access to specialized paralegals and lawyers
- Provide all drivers with a customized Accident Reporting Kit and contact cards along with meetings to explain the
need for correct accident reporting procedures

Recommended Reporting Procedures
- Contact Authorities as soon as possible after a loss, EX: police/fire, MOT, MOE
- Immediately report all claims to Dalton Timmis Group/Insurer and fill out the proper report forms
- Report any possible injuries
- Gather witness information if any (Name, Phone Number)
- Make no statements following the accident
- Maintain confidentiality- speak to Dalton Timmis Group and your insurer only about particulars of any accident.
