Introducing our new Apex client division

At Dalton Timmis, our first responsibility to you is to provide protection in the event of a loss. However, we have other responsibilities as well, which include providing you with the highest levels of customer service and ensuring that your best interests are always maintained.

With this in mind, our company has developed the Apex Client Division. This division specializes in the management of higher-value insurance portfolios involving types of risks that often include unique or custom-built features and additional liability exposures. As these risks warrant a more detailed evaluation, our new division now provides specially trained staff to ensure that individuals and families such as yourself are properly protected.

As a member of the Apex Client Division, we will provide you with the following enhanced services:

An Apex Insurance Specialist will contact you on a regular basis to review your portfolio for any required changes and make recommendations if necessary.
Our Claims Counselor will guide you and provide assistance throughout your claims process.
The enclosed binder is being provided for you to keep your personal insurance documents, newsletters and other information updates in one place for easy reference. Contact names and numbers are included here as well.
Special rates are available on automobile, motorcycle, and jewellery appraisals through select appraisers with whom we have made arrangements. Please contact us for more information on these services.

Although this new division is located in our Burlington office, we also have service staff available at our head office in Hamilton. We welcome your visit or phone call at any time should you have a question or wish to discuss your insurance requirements.
